CTTI recently approved two new concepts to be developed into project plans:

1. Assessing the value and impact on study start-up of a core set of standard case report forms and of protocol standards

2. Identifying characteristics of quality sites for clinical research and developing a common vocabulary and metrics to evaluate a site's performance in initiating clinical trials
